If I'm honest, I'm getting fed up with SW now, I seem to be getting nowhere fast. I listen to what other people eat and while they all seem to follow the 'Extra Easy' route, they don't seem to follow the third of your plate as super free (er, hello, peas and sweetcorn?!) and they all seem to be doing really well at it. I'm very strict about eating my veg, so am feeling a little bit disheartened with my very slow weight loss. Hurumph!
I'm toying with the idea of going back to doing mainly red days, as I know this works for me. I really want to speed up my weight loss, and think this is the way forward. So from now on I am going cold er, potato on the carbs. It's gonna be hard, but a necessary evil. Tips for low carb meals anyone?!
Weigh in tonight, and truth be told, am dreading it. Again.
