If I'm honest, I'm getting fed up with SW now, I seem to be getting nowhere fast. I listen to what other people eat and while they all seem to follow the 'Extra Easy' route, they don't seem to follow the third of your plate as super free (er, hello, peas and sweetcorn?!) and they all seem to be doing really well at it. I'm very strict about eating my veg, so am feeling a little bit disheartened with my very slow weight loss. Hurumph!
I'm toying with the idea of going back to doing mainly red days, as I know this works for me. I really want to speed up my weight loss, and think this is the way forward. So from now on I am going cold er, potato on the carbs. It's gonna be hard, but a necessary evil. Tips for low carb meals anyone?!
Weigh in tonight, and truth be told, am dreading it. Again.

Fresh Start
I've not posted for a while, but thats probably because I haven't really lost much weight recently, I managed to get to the 1 stone loss mark 3 months ago but I seem to be plodding along ever since (one on, one off, etc), and 'cheating' (myself) at any opportunity! It's weigh in tonight, and am kinda looking forward to it, there is no way I've lost this week after yet another festival, too much booze / bad food / not enough good food have put a stop to any weight loss, but I'm looking forward to the fresh start. I'm buying a 6 week countdown, and have no plans that will sabotage my weight loss. I have also picked up some pretty bad habits which I am writing down to name and shame myself, if I do any of these any time soon I shall slap myself silly!
Pigging out on a Tuesday night after weigh in, whether I lose or not. Why on earth would I do that?! Calories certainly do count on a Tuesday night, if I like it or not!
Sneaking food that I don't want or need, grabbing a chocolate bar while I'm at the till, pinching another biscuit because nobody saw me do it, having my daily cheese allowance and then grating the same again on top, none of these things will help me lose weight, they only make me feel like a crazy person!
Secret eating. Eating so secretly that even I don't know i'm doing it, we've probably all done it, and I mean getting so drunk, that the KFC/Pizza/Kebab you have on a boozy evening was a distant memory, so not counting it. See - Crazy!
There you go, enough of the promises, will update later on the weigh in.
