Just back from weigh in and very happy with this week's loss, another 2 off, which is ace considering the amount I have consumed over the last week. Definitely a taster of what I want to happen most weeks so its spurring me on to do well again this week, and hopefully get my half stone award.
As an added bonus, I got slimmer of the week, and won the raffle in class, so came home with two big bags of fruit and veg! Whoop!!
Onwards and Upwards as they say!

Weigh in 2
So last weeks weigh in post was a week late, oops, must remember to record on here!
Didn't manage to get to class this week, been a bit of a rotten week with my husband's Grandad passing away suddenly, and the funeral being on the day of my class. Truth be told I was a bit too drunk to be going to slimming world that evening! Even so, have had a pretty good week on the plan, stuck to it every day so hope that it shows next week on the scales. Another good week ahead I hope!

Weigh In 1
So had a pretty good week, managed a 4lb weight loss even though I have eaten heaps this week! Initially thought that I had hoped for more as two weeks ago I put on 7lb in a week on all inclusive holiday so really wanted that to come off, but 4lb is still pretty good, and keep trying to remind myself that its a marathon, not a sprint!
Made quite a few 'takeaway' meals at weekend so that I didnt feel like I was missing out on anything, my fave being the mega meatball curry, with rice and salad, and a dollop of mango chutney (2 syns per tablespoon) it was yummy, and only synned food there is the chutney! Leaving more syns free for a cheeky vodka or two.
