So my plan to lose another 7lbs for christmas hasnt quite materialised. Had planned on exercising like there was no tomorrow, but it hasnt happened. Real life got in the way and have had far too much on. On the plus side I have lost 0.5 lbs for the last two weeks so I have another 1lb off, so at least its a step in the right direction. I'm also spookily prepared for christmas, so after a mammoth wrapping spurt today I'll have no excuses but to be 100% on track with the plan, and squeeze a bit of exercise in there too. Pray for me :)
