Weigh In 1

So had a pretty good week, managed a 4lb weight loss even though I have eaten heaps this week! Initially thought that I had hoped for more as two weeks ago I put on 7lb in a week on all inclusive holiday so really wanted that to come off, but 4lb is still pretty good, and keep trying to remind myself that its a marathon, not a sprint!

Made quite a few 'takeaway' meals at weekend so that I didnt feel like I was missing out on anything, my fave being the mega meatball curry, with rice and salad, and a dollop of mango chutney (2 syns per tablespoon) it was yummy, and only synned food there is the chutney! Leaving more syns free for a cheeky vodka or two.
